This is a letter from Outfit in response to my earlier post - Too manly looking to shop at Outfit; read that first if you have just arrived at this post.
I've received a reply from customer services at Outfit, and after leaving it settle for a while, I don't think I'm satisfied by the response.
All I asked for were two things, an apology and some information on what steps would be taken to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.
